Chocolate Cake Roll
Recipe
4-eggs ( separated)
1/2-cup of powdered sugar
2-Tablespoons of Cocoa powder
1 or 2 teaspoons of vanilla ( to taste )
1-cup whipping cream to beat later
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cookie sheet using greasing
it and adding wax paper.
Beat sugar, cocoa into egg yolks.
Beat egg whites real stiff and add to mix
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 min. or until
knife comes out clean.
When it is cool spread whipped cream on
to cake. Don't pass the edges. It will run out when you
roll it.
Roll cake.
Sauce recipe:
1-cup sugar
2-tablespoons of cocoa
1/2-cup of milk
2-tablespoons of corn syrup
1 or 2-teaspoons of vanilla
Mix all and use to glaze the cake.
