Portuguese Marinade Recipe
For Pork Or Beef
This works for either pork or
beef. Adjust the amount of ingredients by the amount of
meat you are going to marinate. You will need enough to
cover the meat.
Ingredients:
1 cup of red or white wine(
more if you like )
1 or 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic ( again more if you
want)
1 teaspoon of dry crushed red pepper( you may want more
of this also)
1 can of beer
Salt and pepper to taste
Put the meat of choice in a
dish or bowl. Mix all above ingredients and pour over
the meat. Marinate for a day. Pour the beer over all and
marinate at least 4 hours more.
