Raisin Pudding Pie
Recipe
Oh wow is this
good.
You will be
needing;
1 cup of raisins
1 pkg. of regular or
instant vanilla
pudding( the 6
servings size)
2 cups of milk
1 cup of thawed Cool
Whip
1 tsp. of lemon juice
1/8 of a tsp. of
cinnamon
1 baked 9" pie shell
Pour boiling water
over the raisins to
cover. Let them stand
for 5 min. Then drain
well.
Prepare pie filling
mix by using 2 cups of
milk. Chill
thoroughly.
Fold in Cool Whip,
lemon juice, cinnamon,
and the raisins.
Spoon into pie shell.
Chill for 3 hours.
